Appointment time 1:30 pm not seen until 2:35 pm what is point of having appointment time if it is not adhered to.
May as well walk in time and wait your turn. Understand there can be emergency but patients should be told if delays and how much delay there is likely to be.
Was appointment only but have been told it is now walk in service as well if this is the case, walk in get a ticket with a number on sit down.
